Nick, how do you know that he know(s) he is guilty as charge? Like Tina says, “what if the girl is not telling the truth…” I am not saying that the girl is not telling the truth. He is innocent until proven guilty. Well, if he is found guilty beyond any reasonable doubt, then give him the maximum punishment under the law. Regardless, what is the outcome, rape or no rape, consensual or not, he is wrong because he is a married man.

He know he is guilty as charge. so stop wasting the court time.The innocient worker has been used and abused for his lusts and desires.I know many in India have been abused daily ,who have never gone boldly to the police or the police has just brushed them away.I am glad that the police in that parts of the world showing for a change true grit justice and honesty prevails and justice is for the all in all human equalities, I am sorry i speak my mind may hurt.I feel for the Our human rights victums concerned.There is no space for the popular ,Rich or others in the law of justice.Indian Police must fully justisfiy by the constituation law and full justify by all concerned and invistigate on all even technicalities, to give justification to the poor concerned victim with full help.People come to work and not to get abused beaten,raped or child labour
