The maid confessed later and TOI published it too that this never happened and someone instigated her to say it happened. This someone was a woman. Could be a scorned woman!! Shiney is a good looking man and there are so called hi profile women in Bollywood fit to be his aunties but wanting desperately to make out with good looking men who upon getting cold vibes from Shiney could have concocted this whole drama. There is somehting beyond and hope the innocent get justice and the wicked are brought to books.

ameeta nice question!!!!!!!!!Someone could reply…..repeatedly raped…….comeon..we understand human rights but still I think this girl is just not speaking out the truth………its sad!!!!!!!……..

if the maid says she was repeatedly raped, why did she not lodge a complaint earlier and how come she never got pregnant. She is probably trying to get some money out of the actor and the actor may have not heeded to her coming on

How would you feel if you were falsely accused of rape? Your name is all over the papers while your accuser remains completely anonymous
But a false accusation of rape can utterly ruin a person too. A falsely accused person can lose their spouse, their kids, their home, their job and the hope of ever living a ‘normal’ life again. This situation arises entirely out of the fact that their name is forever linked with the word ‘rape’. Keeping all parties anonymous until a trial has concluded greatly reduces the possibility of this happening.

Again, how would you feel if you were wrongly accused of this? I hope the Police will investigate Shiney’s case fast …….I again feels he innocent……be fair
